Our firm is built on the experience, dedication, and results of attorney Stephanie Puente Williams, a passionate advocate for businesses, families, and individuals throughout South Florida. A second-generation Cuban-American and Miami native, Stephanie is fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to the diverse communities she serves. She founded this firm on the belief that every client deserves not only strong legal representation but also a trusted advisor committed to protecting their rights and securing their future.

Over the course of her career, Stephanie has successfully represented clients across a wide spectrum of legal matters. She has obtained millions of dollars for property owners in insurance disputes, representing them from the inception of their claims all the way through trial. She has also saved corporate clients millions of dollars in corporate governance matters and has represented businesses with multiple locations in complex contractual disputes. Stephanie has guided HOA boards through lawsuits against their management companies, assisted associations with recovering significant unpaid fees, and at the same time stood by homeowners in disputes with their associations.

Her advocacy extends to protecting individuals and families in moments of need. She has represented homeowners in disputes with contractors, car owners in total loss insurance claims, and families who were defrauded by dishonest vendors. Stephanie has also prepared thoughtful estate plans for parents seeking to safeguard their children and avoid the burdens of probate. In the field of immigration law, she has guided clients through the asylum process, preparing them for interviews and standing beside them in critical interviews to ensure their rights are protected.

Beyond her practice, Stephanie and the firm proudly support On The House Charity, a nonprofit dedicated to feeding the homeless and strengthening communities. This commitment reflects the values at the core of the firm: compassion, service, and integrity both inside and outside the courtroom.

Clients who choose our firm gain more than legal representation—they gain an advocate, a problem-solver, and a determined partner who will fight for them every step of the way.
